Default Suspension lift kit (chevy)

Im getting ready to start on my 5.9 conversion. Its going into my 1985 checy CC, srw, 1ton 4x4. Im trying to figure out what suspension kit to buy that will hold up to the 900# or more 5.9. The current engine is a 6.2 diesel which i believe is around 800# or so. I want to do all spring lift, no blocks!! If you have done the conversion with one of these trucks and lifted it 4" or 6" please help me get started in the right direction. Thanks for any help.

A friend on mine put a 12 valve in a K20 with a 6" lift and it sat perfect, the front didnt sag at all! I believed he just used regular 6" lift springs.

Actually he used a Rough Country kit. Its a little on the cheaper side but has held up great. The only issue was the springs settling, which no matter what you get for a lift will happen eventually
