steering pump/hydro boost KAPUT!

I have a 2004 limited EX with PSD. I have recently developed a weak steering assist from my power steering and a soft break pedal on breaking. No leaks from breaks or steering. what the heck is up? what should or could i do do narrow or diagnose what is busted. Steering fluid is at proper level...

More then likely the pump is getting weak... You can try replacing the fluid, and when you do replace some of it (one or two qts) with Lucas Power steering stop leak... Works like a charm!

Yes this is what I did and now there is no problems.
