Default Major Fuel Mileage DROP Dodge Cummins

I am driving an '03 Dodge Ram 3500 with a 5.9 litre Cummins engine, cut down stock exhaust, hauling a 40' gooseneck trailer with approx. 11K load. When I first started out I was averaging 15 - 17 mp gallon. I suddenly dropped to 6-8 mp gallon. Anyone have any ideas what is up?

I am on the road and could really use some help...Thanks

I would be getting to The shop for a return test and a couple injectors.
