Default WVO conversion to Biodiesel

I posted this on the 2nd gen forum but i wanted to get to as many people as possible. I was wondering if anyone on here makes their own or knows anyone who makes biodiesel from waste vegetable oil and if so what kind of system they use, how much trouble it is to make, where they get your WVO, and anything else they may know or have learned since they started making it. I'm not really interested in running straight WVO. Thanks.

HI,

Well one thing I have heard of people doing is blended WVO. Filter it so 2 microns or better. IN warm weather I have heard of people running up to 50/50 mix of diesel and WVO.

God bless...

One other blended fuel option some people have tried is a 80% wvo, 20% regular unleaded gas, diesel power grey bottle injector cleaner (1 oz per gal of mix) Below about 40-50 deg, you need to heat the fuel to be safe. Just one more option.

God bless..
