Default need help asap

ok i have this really bad fuel leak that started one day coming from under the snap plug from the fuel heater.. couldnt stop it. jb weld fixed that.. all put back together and started it up ....leaks out of the fuel heater o-ring now.......WTF.....so next i take it back out look at it for a couple days and decide F it just gunna go and jb weld the rest of it so i get it up in there nice and tight and jb weld the plug and heater element around the oring on top of the fuel filter assembly so no matter what fuel does not by pass up threw that....thought i fixed it butg i was wrong now leaks out around fuel filter and and is dripping fuel on my manifold..then i thought that turning the fuel pump back to stock would fix the problom...did that and started it and it was fine for ehhhhhh3 minutes and started leaking again......weird thing is i my motor was hot that if i shut it off and waited 10 15 minutes no more than that that i would turn the key fire right up then skip and pop and eventually shut off....there id go cranking and cranking till id fire back up and it would take a good 2 minutes.....bullllllshhhiiiiitttttttt! im tired of this and i reallllly need help.im ready to burn my 7.3..if you can help me please right back or if u need any pictures of the problem im having let me know
