Ok, i think i have made up my mind on going with a smarty... but what is this stacking i hear about? does it help, make the truck more driveable, increase mileage, or whats the point? i hear alot about it. help please

 

I wouldnt stack anything it is really hard on a truck. just get a smarty and be done with it.

 

Stacking is used to squeeze every bit of electronic performance out of a motor. It is also used to even out the power band. Such as an edge juice fuels good from mid to high range while a smarty fuels good down low. So you combine the two to increase the hp level through out the power band.

A smarty should do just fine for what you want.

 

I'd look at upgrading your injector nozzles.

can i just do nozzles without doing the injectors, or do you do both? i see you have some 110 nozzles on your site for 5 and some change help me out.

 

Yes you can just do nozzles. They are fairly simple to change just need a vise and some wrenches. It is always good to have them flow checked before installing into truck but that option may not be available to you. The only reason to do so is to make sure everything is good with the bodies and new nozzles.

 

what size would you think i can step up to before needed other fuel upgrades? or worry about EGT?

 

Our 90hp nozzles work great with a stock cp3.
