Boost pressure
yes but once you start getting aftermarket turbos and such and higher boost pressure what will you need to upgrade to handle the extra boost? I must have been misled but i have been told that once you get to certain boost pressure you need to start upgrading your head studs and such?
thank you

Example: ARP head stud rated at 220,000psi x .15 square inches per stud x 18 studs per head / 4 cylinders per head / 27.27 square inches per cylinder = 5,458 psi... of "boost"?

Head studs, fire rings, bed plate, main studs. I probably forgetting stuff. Stock the engine can handle about 40psi. After that you need head studs or before depending on how you drive and how much insurance you want.
