Stage 3 injectors

Is it possible to to run stage 3 hybrids on a stock truck besides a few basic mods???

Without the proper mods there is no point unless you plan to upgrade in the future.

Definetly mods in the future just wondering if its a stupid idea to put stage 3s in right now and detune them?

Then buck up, take your wallet out, walk to the nearest diesel shop and pay to have some work done. You won't be doing anything by throwing modified injectors in there and doing nothing else.

OR

Sell your truck and buy a car that is less than 6000 lbs and can actually be fast...
