Bought used last year and drove it for a while with no problems. Then it started dying on us in bad places and would not restart for a few days, resulting in numerous tows home.
We replaced the fuel injector pump, fuel injectors, glow plugs, 2 new batteries, new starter, new fuel rails, fuel pump and fuel filter. We have been bleeding the air from the fuel lines, but is still wont start.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

not sure,need more info,how is air getting in fuel,and is it getting fire to ip.does it try to hit,everything clickin.

 

I had the same type of issues....... need new fuel lines, would bet on it.... take the fuel filter on the frame.... delete that damn thing... useless and expensive....I put a bio-glass brand filter on ...... i put new lines on ..... up to my bio-glass filter then to pump then to the water/fuel separator then to the IP. ... the filter just sits next to battery no mounting was needed .... i took out my jack as it was no usable..... perfect place......the only other thing it might be... the pick up in the tank........ also get rid of the bowl on the fuel/Water separator....I'm running a Baldwin BF-1222..... 25 micron which is a bit better that the stock 50 micron.... do some home work ... i will keep an eye on this thread to help when i can.........peace..
