I just got a 07/5 dodge quadcab with a 6" 35's and 20's with top gun customs front n rear bumpers. It had some kind of junk deletes on it when i got it, so i just installed the H&S deletes and the Mini Max. I am now trying to figure out the next step to modifing my truck. I was thinking of the Snow Performance methanol and water injestion but like i said im new to the cummins pretty much the diesel world in general, soo any input would be greatly appreciatated, Thanks for the time. I would look at some transmission upgrades.

Tranny upgrades/tuning and some head studs. Don't want to lift that head off her....

 

i would do studs for sure before more power or you just have a waiting problem

 

Im going to order a set of head studs and look into transmission upgrades, I was looking at a ATS stage 1 tranny, but not sure of what I can do to my stock one to upgrade it to where i dont have to spend 5k rite off. I may have messed up. I downloaded the aggresive turdo hot damn setting on h&s site and installed it on my mini max

 

I would do a VB Upgrade and a DPC Torque Converter.

 

does the Torque Converter help alot ? And would it help out to unlock the H&S transmission upgrade on the mini max ? And please excuse me for being dense when it comes to the parts but im dont know what the VB Upgrade is. Im very new to the diesel world and this will be the first time ive ever had delt with a diesel auto trans, I had a 03 mustang cobra and did trans work on it but i know its ALOT different than my cobras. Any insight on anything that would help me out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all of your help and keep the help comin.......

 

vb is valve body, when i had an auto i put a goerend tranny in it they will sell you parts or the whole thing and have the best service you can get. if you call them up they will help you build what you need for the hp you are looking to achieve.
