Boost Gauge Install

I have a 94.5 7.3L turbo and I was wondering where to install the boost gauge. I didn't know if to install it at the intake tube coming off of the turbo or is there a better place to put it.

I put mine in the metal piece coming off the turbo. Later found out I coulda done the map line. I'd go with the map line. Easier same results

i have mine in the map line too. i made my "T" out of 1/8" brass pipe fittings.

Does this location give a good readout on your guage and is accurate

Yes it's fine. Other place you can do it is the intake y off the turbo.
