Default lb7 downpipe

I'm planning on ordering a silverline dual exhaust for my lb7 but my next question is should i also get a new downpipe while i'm at it or is it worth the price and the time to do it?

I have heard it helps with egt temp and spool time. I was thinking about getting it also just dont hsve the money. It really all depends on how u use the truck. If u use it for heavy towing it would be a good idea to get it.
