Default what should id do to spice up my idi turbo

this week im finally pulling the turbo idi out of my old truck,to stick in my new truck.its a solid 94 7.3 idi turbo with 80k on the reman motor, but it never keep great oil presser so i am gonna stick a new oil put in it and all new oilpan, valve cover gasket, but what else should i do before i stick it in my 94 supercab 4x4 non turbo idi.the non turbo has new injectors with about 12k on them, should i just stick them in the turbo,or just buy new.any ideals would be welcome, thanks

the factory "normal" gauge doesnt mean ****.

my truck with the factory gauge would stay around the r all the time. but my mechanical gauge would go from 15 at idle to 40 at WOT when warm.

I run either Napa 15/40 or valvoline premium blue and its the best I've ever used. I used royal purple in my race car and blew 3 engines and I'm not the only one that had problems with this oil.
