Default 97 obs BOV

i have a 97 obs with some upgrades i want to put a blow off valve (BOV) on the intake side of the turbo so when the motor winds down faster then turbo there isnt all that where and tear on the thrust bearing in the turbo from no where for air to go. what do i need and how is it to do??
