Default pete 352

what is the value of an old pete 352? i have one sitting in the driveway, and the better half is all over me to quit living in a scrap yard. i have been thinking about cutting it up/parting it out, but i HATE to let old iron go that way.
its a 1976, with cat power. springer suspension....aluminium cab and frame connectors, fuel tanks and batt boxes.

i bought it like 5 years ago to use for hauling, and realized just how spendy that was going to be, and its sat ever since.

around here, if it aint new, no one drives it. i cut my teeth in a b model mack, so stuff like this seems modern! am i the only one, or do bombers run old iron??

not sure what it looks like? Can you post any Pics ? The last thing you would want to do IS TAKE A TORCH TO HER.. The fact that is a Pete and old makes it worth something more than scrap price. you may want to reconsider. their's a web site American Truck Historical Society This site is dedicated to collection and preservation of trucks and truckong history. Some one here might be interested in a restoration and be able to take it off your hands.. Would still be interested in some pic's..

Its a cab over isn't it? Those do have resale value, Since its old and a pete its considered a classic. ITs worth way more than scrap to a collector.

Arrow Still there?

Hey man.
Pay attention to what roaddog was saying. He is exactly right about the old Pete. Put some pics up in the right places (ATHS is a good one) and I'm sure somebody will be interested in it. COE trucks are harder to get anymore so they usually sell pretty good. Throw a few pics on here too just wew can get a look at it.
Stay safe out there.
Ken
