Thinking about deleting dpf and running a straight exhaust with k@n filter has any one done this will it make truck act up

 

Without a tuned ecm or proper progrmammer yes there will be issues

 

I'd go with an S&B intake, K&N is for gassers, and a flo-pro or similar exhaust, with an H&S tuner

 

agreed, stay away from K&N for your LML, don't want to ruin it with dust

 

WILL BE ADDING PROGRAMMER THATS A MUST JUST NEEDED TO KNOW IF I GET RID OF DPF AND RUN STRAIGHT EXHAUST AND AFTERMARKET FILTER SYSTEM WILL TRUCK RUN GOOD OR WILL I HAVE PROBLEMS DONT WANT CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS POPPING UP BUT HATE ALL THIS TREE HUGGER STUFF THATS ON THIS TRUCK

 

NO NEED TO YELL HOMIE!!!!!!!!!! and no you shouldn't have any problems, and I think the only DPF delete friendly tuning for the LML is H&S mini maxx and black maxx tuners

 

Why do need a tuner I was looking into this also..

I did the H&S programmer n exhaust MBRS. Worth it .
