Well guys, i got a lil somethin from the UPS man today. I have a lil story to go with this as well. When the UPS man knocked at my door he read the origin address "Alligator Diesel Performance" and asked me what i had gotten. I told him what it was and explained to him what it did. Anyway, he went on to tell me his son has an 02 CTD that is having a turbo spool issue. He said whenever ya get in the truck and go its like the turbo isnt spooling. I said just a minute. Came up here to my room, grabbed a trusty old DB.com Admit One card and gave it to the UPS man. I said, heres a website i go to multiple times a day, it has wonderful information, great people and a lot of fun extra features. He thanked me and left. So, not only did i get my package today, he got a card to the forums and possibly an easy fix for his sons truck without the costly dealer hassle!

it seems he's gonna send ya some "mail"..... let me know how that plate works out. i have a friend that's looking into getting something like that for his 98.5.....

 

well this plate is having some stripping issues that may end up with me getting a new plate. As i was screwing in the piercing screw into the pump wire my test light flashed for about 1/2 sec. saying i made contact and then i heard a loud pop and the friggen thing was stripped out in the plate!

 

hmmmmmm that's not good....

 

dumb question what is it and what does it do?
