So the other day i noticed my door was sagging so i orederd a hinge pin kit and was about to install it when i noticed u cant just remove the old pin and put a new one in there. The oem ones are flared on the bottom side. So has anyone been through replacing these before?i assume u need to get a grinder in there and take the flared part off to replace it but i wanna know what other ppl have done?
