Default head gasket or egr cooler

getting air bubbles into antifreeze overflow tank. My truck builds up major pressure when running. When driving down the road, blows antifreeze out overflow. Did a block test today and getting exhaust gases into the radiator. I still have my egr cooler on the truck but the egr is deleated. Was wondering if anyone has had this problem with there truck. Looked at other threads and people were saying had head gasket replaced and still had the issue. Deleated egr cooler and problem was solved. Was hoping to get some help on this. Truck has dpf deleted, banks ram air system, banks dual exhaust, and running a smarty. Thanks for the help in advance.
