so im have no real idea what to look for in a diesel between ford gm dodge. I went from owning a integra now explorer ready to sell that hunk of junk for a diesel to show some real power. trying not to really spend more than 25k so i can do some upgrades to. time to buy will be around march when i return from being in Afghanistan . i would like everyones imput from years to models then upgrades thanks everyone

I'm in the same boat as you, brother. As soon as I get back from the lovely vacation destination that is the Hindu Kush Mountains I'll be getting a diesel truck mainly for hauling and of course a little fun on the side I've been looking at the 2004.5 Dodges with the CTD, although I do like the idea of the less emissions BS on the 2003 and early 2004's... Many opinions vary quite widely from what I've seen so far.....
