A guy I work with owns a 99 6.5l diesel 1 ton chevy dually. He's looking for a programmer or chip but can't find any, can you guys give advice do they evenmake them for these trucks in that year?

First 99 is not Duramax

For as 6.5 OBII you need have computer reflash
