engine cut out under acceleration

2008 3500 with just over 36k miles. DPF delete and pipe are done, H&S black maxx installed. pretty much never had it in to the dealer except for stupid things on the recall list. Still have original turbo, never had problem. Pretty much changed the oil and fuel filter myself since new., replaced the tranny pan with Hy-tech and keep Amsoil in the tranny and the crankcase. Just did updates on the Black Maxx and ever since the rig cuts out under hard acceleration with boost turned on?
Thought possibly throttle blade? in that it sometimes sounds like a flapper slamming shut on passenger side and slight loss under deceleration? makes a noise like a pheasant spookin out of a fence row.
got any ideas?

so would that take a kit? like air dog or ?
Still can't figure out why the H&S shuts off then comes right back on when I let off the accelerator? it definately acts like it's starved for air though.

update on the cutting out. Talked to H&S engineer this morning. I did download of updates on November 3rd. Seems one of the updates was off slightly and the downloads of Nov. 18th corrected the problems I was having. H&S wasn't aware until input from customers from what I was told. Truck is running like a champ again, no drop off in power throughout the entire power band and top is scary, getting there is a trip.
