Information Europe May Ban Imports Of Some Biofuel Crops

If approved, the law would prohibit the importation of fuels derived from crops grown on certain kinds of land ? including forests, wetlands or grasslands.

Now how in the heck are they going to in force that stupid idea? Will the Bio fuel maker have to ask where its oil came from? I can just see it now the Bio makers saying I want to buy your soy oil to make Bio diesel, but first I have to ask was the soy beans planted on an approved plot of soil and if so will you sign a piece of paper stating that it was

And that effects the US Bio industry how? You guys will use it all, given the chance so who cares.
