performance gains from turning up IP

im sure its been asked time and time again but what sort of gains should i expect to see from turning up the pump 1 flat?

I turned mine up. All it does is burn more fuel. I mean pour it out the tail pipe. I guess it can provide you some relief when you got a person tail gating you.
