Well the boost is low. Probably a boost leak...

What injectors have you put in there? Where did you get them? You didn't put o-rings on the 2 on the drivers side? The new ones? What did you put on them?

There is alot more info you could supply us with which might help us out..

Timing is controlled by the pcm so that isn't going to be the issue..

I'm lost...

Every time you remove an injector, it should get a new O ring kit... If you have pulled any injector and not installed a new O ring kit then do so now.

What color is the smoke?

the smoke is grayish just does it at an idle i replaced the ipr that helped with way it was run but you can feel the miss in it....it my only rig i didnt have any more injector oring kits to do last two injectorst on driver side so i stuck them back in...the smoke is all raw fuel though motor dosent have knock but you can feel the miss in it..its deftly driver side cause i have up pipe leak on driverside an thats were all smoke is comin from.
