Default Big project, should be fun

Just got my new-to-me '97 to replace the frame on my '95. Got it dropped off at the ranch and start tearing it down this morning.

Outside and frame, which was the original purchase reason are good, but the inside and alot of the electronics are *&^$

Also the bed is pretty destroyed from the previous owners hacking out their 5th wheel attachement

Pretty sure I'm just gonna swap the cab & bed from my '95 over, thinkin I might as well do the trans swap while the tops off. Anyone done one of these, I've done a couple on obs chevy's but there's a lot less to them
