Default 96 F-250 7.3L

I have a 96 OBS that seems to run fine with out any load on the truck. But with a trailer behind it with wind or up a hill it seems to just start loosing power. It is a stock truck for now. I need to make sure it is running right before I install a 6 position chip and just cover up any problems I have..... Thanks for any help you can give.....

Is it actually losing power or just not what you are used to going up those hills? They only have like 180rwhp...

yep it is down on power...... had a 97 that would pull a lot harder than this one does. Is ther different injectors in a california emission truck? This truck has a california emission labeled 7.3l under the hood.

Yep, Different injectors in a cali truck, but they are bigger so it should have more power than a 49 state truck...
