3'' body lift?

ok so will a 3'' body lift fit my 94 6.5 turbo diesel 4x4 ext cab just like it would on a gas z-71?

As far as I know the turbo gets in the way of the inner fender from coming up.

well i could make adjustments to the fenderwell but besides that whats the bigger problems i might run into?
