Ok I'm new to diesel world atf ? In fuel tank ?

does help with cleaning the system. i sometimes will fill my filter with it.

Yup, auto trans fluid. Just dont use Type F, it's a tad more abrasive.

If it's oil, your truck will burn it. Kerosene, veggie oil, used motor oil, etc.. some oils burn better than others, some just never seem to be a good idea. Hydraulic oil, for instance, seems to be problematic.

K thanks everyone I knew about the oil just have heard good and bad about it never would have though atf
