Default 94 7.3 won't start either

Simular problem's as other's in forum. My 94 7.3 turbo when it sits for over night won't start. It's like it is cold even July. Plug it in and it start's ruff. Thought it was the glow plug's. Changed them. Didn't help. Thought it was sending unit. Changed it to and still no change. New main power feed. New batteries last year. New Denzo starter. I'm going to check power feed to glow plug's. I noticed in another thread a guy had same issues, he thought it might be a fuel heater line or it could be oring's under filter head. Maby it sucking air. Any body have any idea's. I need to fix this thing so I can go to work.

It comes on no problem 10 seconds at least, no flashing. No fuel leaks that I can tell.

Check you fuel filters? also how many miles you have on the truck if you have worn injectors they can be stubborn when cold.

If you have over 250K on the truck its gonna be a good Idea to freshen up your engine with new injectors. Like DieselCrawler said when It starts what kind of smoke does it emiit and how much.
Whats Ok
When cold start some white smoke not allot
Black smoke when started when warm
White smoke started in winter temperatures and a little more than normal (Diesel Fuel at CLoud Point)
Bad
ALOT of white smoke and continues while running and warm, Smell the exhaust if it smell like diesel then its Injectors.
if its doesnt smell like diesel then antifrezze
Blue means oil, you can smeel that to.
You also have an Injector pressure requlator that can make life hell if it goes bad its on the driver side of the fuel filters. Its also pricy $200.00

Fuel heater o rings. You probably have stuff that looks like fine coffee grounds in your fuel filter, too. Took me forever to figure that one out.

100000-125000 is the lifespan of your injectors and injection pump. not 250000 like stated above.

Realy thats kinda early for injectors, I havent had to replace injectors on a Powerstroke until around 200-250K, I also depends on how you treat your truck I also have a cummins with the original injectors at 216K. Injection pump yep its been replaced. On the 6.0L powerstrokes ya they go bad early p.o.s engine. Good luck bud on fiqurin it out!

the idi motor is WAY different from a powerstroke. lifespan of fuel parts is like i said. sucks but it is true.
