Default lift

i put 3 inch lift blocks on the front of my 02 f250. but now i cant get the stabilizer bar to line up. any suggestions

Im guessing you mean sway bar? You will need extended sway bar links. If you got a full kit with springs it would have come with them, along with shocks which you will probably need as well
