Wheel swp

Does anyone know when they changed the offset on the wheels .. I am trying to add some tire size to my 2000 F-250 but I like factory wheels. Thanks for any info. Wayne

99-2004 are all the same... 2005 they changed the offset with the new front suspension set up.
