I just bought a 96 PSD has 200,000 miles All stock.new trans with shift kit .But when in park or nuetrall and u try to rev it it hesatates at about 2300 rpm then the turbo will spool and then it will rev like normall.but when im in drive and i kick it down it runs fine tons of power in it.just wondering if anyone has had this prob befor.

 

Mine does that too... not sure of rpm's, but I think somewhere around where yours does... I dont remember if my SD did it to compare it with. I think 2300rpms is just where it starts to fuel real hard and that little pause is the turbo and motor catching up to the fueling.
