new diesel owner need advice
hey guys iam a newbie but i got a new 2011 2500 just looking to see what to do for mpg and a better sound quality and maybe bigger tires any input would help me do some more "homework" before i buy thanks will be posting pics soon
thanks man i appriciate it iam go and get a subscripition i want to put 35s on the stock rims but i dont know if i need to lift it i dont want to spend money on a leveling kit when i can spend a few more dollars and get a 6 inch lift
WAT will happen if he changes job or moves away?? I would keep it stock till the warranty is out!!

I have a 2009 I have left my truck stock for the warranty. I use different tires and your truck should take 35's ok.. might rub a little on turns.. Waiting for my warranty to expire then I will get a snow performance methanol injection.. will get 50 hp and some mileage with no extra fuel
other than the obvious 12 valves.. the 12 valve had a mechanical Injector pump that looked like a small diesel engine, and the 24 has a rotary electronic injector pump. the newer trucks including the 6.7 has a High Pressure common Fuel Rail injection.. on this, they use electronic injectors.. all the others use mechanical injectors...

the service manager is real nice told me to tell him what iam going to use and he said that he would do his best to let it keep my warrenty
