Default I need some help deciding on 06 dodge with 5.9 or 07 with 6.7

Could some one please help me with questions on weather or not to buy a 2006 dodge with the 5.9 cummins without the particulate filter or is the 6.7 with the particulate filter a better choice with a delete kit? I live in a rural area with no emission testing. I have owned two 12 valve cummins and one 24 valve. I just don't know which way to go in the purchase of my next dodge. Any help that some one could give me will be greatly appreciated

I prefer the 5.9 but I would get the one you get a better deal on.

6.7. Do the deletes. Exhaust brake is awesome and 20mpgs after deletes. Just do the CarFax on whatever you pick. If the 6.7 has gone in alot for warranty stuff, pass it up. I only got mine because the previous owner took out the dpf and turned off the EGR as soon as he purchased it. Well, as soon as the tuners came out that could do that.
