I am pulling an 04.5 cummins. sps 66 turbo, 125 hp sticks, air dogg 150, Smarty SSR. It seems to be draining the rail off of the line but comes out of it mid way down the track. When it cuts out on the street the rail pressure bounces all around never going above 22,000. The air dogg is keeping a minimum of 17 psi at wot. It cuts out even with my duration turned down. Replaced map senser, no help. Changed Filters, no help. thinking about replacing rail pressure sensor and taking fca off to see of it might be sticking. Any other suggestions??????? Smarty SSR Junk??

 

what are your SSR settings?

 

I have tried numerous different things. rail pressure is set at 50 low and high. duration is at 40 high and 25 low. timing is at 33 high and 15 or so low. I have ran all of these settings before with no problem. I ran 50 on duration for a couple months with no problem. Im thinking the relief valve on the rail may be leaking now

I just dropped everything back to settings similar to tnt tune and the truck still does it. The idiot that owned the truck before me put a reducer in the injection pump return line trying to get more rp i guess. Im kind of thinking now that the pump needing replaced
