Default smoke switch negative effects
what could be the outcome of running a smoke switch...... is it ok to leave it on all the time..... im running a smarty and right now its on sw1 just wondering what could happen

no dont run it all the time just when smoke is desired if u run it to long it will throw ur truck into like a limp mode i wouldnt say run it more then 20 seconds or so

ive left mine on for over an hour or so and it was fine.... i just drive it normal with it on and the smarty on level one and it smokes when u shift then clears right up

weird mine when its left on it acts like it wont let the turbo boost its weird

mine runs perfectly normal just smokes alot with every shift

It throws the etc code if you don't have the right resistor in it or if your resistor went bad but it should only run 10-15 seconds code free
