1998 Dodge 3500 Ram Turbo Diesel Wont start...
Drove 250 Miles to pick up a 5th Wheel travel trailer, all systems are working fine. Next morning hitch up the the trailer and drove back same route. No problems..
Next morning unhitched and disconnected trailer. Got into truck inserted and turned key the dash lit up and every thing else lit up as usual. Turned key to start and nothing happened. Noticed clicking noise and running lights were blinking. The hazard light button was not engaged but I tried it anyway clicking and flashing did not stop. Pulled out key and lights kept flashing for 10 minutes and then stopped. turned key again and same result. Wont start and cant get out from under trailer. Please help.

 

it sounds like the stock security system has you locked out. try locking your drivers door with the key then turning it to the unlock position two times in a row. if this doesnt help there is a wire in the door wiring that you can ground to reset the security system but unless the system is messed up the door lock trick will work.
