Didnt see any thread on here about how to cut the intake plenum off your 24v head. Well ill show you how i did it. There are a few way people cut them off, via band saw, machining it off, etc. Well the easiest way ive done it is with a circular caw (yes i said circular saw) with a Dewalt paper friction blade made for metal. All i did was start at the top, and cut my way all the way across than flip it over and cut the bottom, worked real easy and only took about 8 minutes to do it. Im building my intake out of steel instead of aluminum for cost reason but so far its coming out nice.

 

Awesome! I thought this was gonna be another dumb thread about a intake horn but to my suprise i was wrong!LOL I cut mine w/ a grinder and cut off wheel than have machined. Looks good get some finished pics.
