You should try searching for a whistlin ***** intake alot of people like them. Alot of whistle noise though but 6" tube and no oil filter and only bout 100.

6" tube?? 4" is the usual.....

Don't have any pics of mine but I try to explain it.
trot on down to Lowes get a 4" plastic shower drain cover/strainer/grate (usually white with graiting in it), 1 4>4-1/2" hose clamp and 2' of 4" flex pipe (dryer vent style works best, the plastic with metal reinforcement).
Now comes the "hard" part.
Take the air box out of the truck, pay attention on the bottom of the air box to see where you will have the least amount of obstructions going straight down (usually towards the rear of the box).
Flip the box over and trace a circle around the drain/grate, cut this out with a jigsaw, turn the box back over and trial fit the drain cover/grate from the inside removing as much of any ribs (in the bottom of the airbox) that are in the way to get the drain cover/grate to fit as flush as possible to the bottom of the airbox as you can.
Once you're happy with the fitment cut the ribs/grates out the drain. Around the flange of the drain cover/grate apply a generous amount of silicone and press the drain cover/grate in the bottom of the airbbox from the inside working the silicone into the joint, you can also apply some silicone to the outside of the joint, allow the silicone to cure (at least overnight).
now take the flex pipe attach it (with the hose clamp) to the "lip" of the drain cover/grate sticking out of the bottom of the airbox.
Reinstall the airbox sliding the flex pipe between and obstructions (there is one plastic sheild that has to be moved slightly to make this fit) straight down towards the ground until the bottom of the airbox is back in it's mounts, install the air filter cover and you're done on top.
Down underneath pull any slack out of the flexpipe and cut it off so that it ends at about the center line of the fog light and you're done.
IF you want to get real creative (I did, time to kill one day) you can take a piece of thin aluminium cut it to the contour of the bumper air dam get another drain, install it with the flange pointing up this time, install the aluminum plate to the lip of the air dam and attach the bottom of the flex pipe to this to clean it up.
Hope you can understand this and hope it helps. Don't over think this! It really is easy.
just took me longer to write this than I think it took me to actually make mine!!
