So I have a 2002 Cummins, auto Tranny, I blew my Trans towing my boat and am looking for one now. I found a Guy selling a ATS stage 2 for 2500 dollars but his is out of a 2001, so my question is is my trans the same and is a ATS going to be a good Tranny? It also comes with the 5 star converter and has a billet input.

 

it should work in yours with no problems. the price depends on the miles and use on the trans. just remember its a used trans. i personally dont like the ats ive installed several and the quality just isnt what i thought it should have been. i run sun coast in mine and its been a great one. and i race on the track twice a week. and i boost lauch at 30 psi plus with no issues. its made over 200 passes and works just as good today as it did the day it went in.
