I know with the super duties you can an hpo and hpx (or something like that...) mod which I believe increases oil pressure and perhaps fuel pressure? This is supposed to help the hpop function better which will push the injectors better.
Supposed to smooth out the idle, and help power a bit. Any input on this?

My understanding is that It doesn't increase anything... It just evens out both heads with the oil that is already there...

 

Oh ya maybe that was it. Is it worthwhile? Maybe not, since you dont know much about it
