Rockauto has 38 gallon tanks.

Ford Broncos had 33 gallon tanks.

Bronco tank is what I would use, but you will loose the rear tank and spare you have now.

Bronco tank should bolt right between the frame rails where your spare tire fits... I have an excursion (42 gallon) tank I was going to put there on my truck, but I just cant see the need to carry almost 200 gallons of fuel...

110 gallon bed tank + 38 gallon main + 42 gallon Excursion = 190 gallons...LOL

I have the 38 gallon from rock auto in mine. my spare is mounted below that, and I had to modify my exhaust to clear it all. In hindsight, I WOULD do it again. I love it.
