u shouldnt need to lenghten the drive shaft, i had do do my drive shafts but i had 12 inch suspension lift on mine. where are you getting the lift kit from? i would recomend doing a solid front end swap on ur f250 tho because that front end is **** and is a pain in the *** after its been lifted. just my opinion tho.

i was already planning on putting a dana 60 in it and im gonna build my own kit basically. im getting front springs re arched at a local spring place and putting 6 inch blocks in the back. gonna do the switch to 4.10 gears from 3.54's then ladder bars for thefront and the rear

the front shaft will need to be custom. along with the trans crossmember. i built my crossmember cause the shaft hit the crossmember bad. cant help ya on lengths. but u will need a double cardan joint at the tcase, maybe even a high angle one. the front output of the tcase points up to the motor sorta, and that angle might be to much for the stock double carden.

rear shouldnt be an issue. might need to be lengthened, but ther joints should be fine.

yea come to think bout it i changed my front shaft to a shaft with single u-joints on each end, i dont rember what i took it out of but it worked great. i never modified the cross member, i had the truck fully flexed out and the drive shaft didnt touch the cross member
