Default obdi to obdii

has anyone converted the old obdi systems in the 94-95 6.5td to an obdii system? im trying to set up/tune my 94 but from my research, its very limited and i dont really have the knowledge to write my own program. so i figured my next best option is an obdii system. any thoughts/advice?

That's a good point. It just seems that there is more out there for the obdii systems but its probably not worth the trouble

That's what I'm finding out with more research. I'm thinkin about ordering an eprom burner and stuff to try and burn my own chips for my 94. I'm just having trouble finding the correct software.
