obdi to obdii
has anyone converted the old obdi systems in the 94-95 6.5td to an obdii system? im trying to set up/tune my 94 but from my research, its very limited and i dont really have the knowledge to write my own program.:argh: so i figured my next best option is an obdii system. any thoughts/advice?

If was me i stick to the obd1 it cheaper get chip the have to have obd2 reflash and you get the same thing out them
|
That's a good point. It just seems that there is more out there for the obdii systems but its probably not worth the trouble
|
there no more out there for OBD2 then there is for a OBD1 they didn't lot for 6.5 you get the same power out OBD1 with chip as reflash and the chip whole lot cheaper
Just like me i order reflash from Heath and still haven't found the right program that will start my truck we are on 3rd puter still no go |
obd1 is cheaper to tune your self

That's what I'm finding out with more research. I'm thinkin about ordering an eprom burner and stuff to try and burn my own chips for my 94. I'm just having trouble finding the correct software.
