So was driving to work last week and started to notice that when I drive the truck easy and get to 40-43 mph the tranny comes out of gear if I slow down a little or speed up a little it goes rite back in and runs fine ? now if I drive the truck hard through the gears it stays in gear and does not come out ?
I have check trans fluid and it is nice and red with no burning smell and the level is prefect, is there somthing else I can check that might cause this. I have just got a letter from Ford saying the truck has a speed control system modification recall, what does that mean and could that be the problem with the Trans.
