Default LOOKING FOR SPONSORS

This is probably a little far-fetched, but I'm a central texas boy on an Army budget looking to take his 92 ext. cab 4x4 to the next level. Its been painted and mild fuel system work has been done. New rims and tires and a 4'' exhaust is on. But I'm looking to take this rig to magazine levels! Any sponsors would be much appreciated, or suggestions regarding the proper channels to obtain sponsorhip... Thanks!!

With what you've got I'd imagine you'd have a hard time getting a sponsor, especially asking in such a broad way. Most sponsors won't even consider you unless you already have something worth them sponsoring. They aren't just going to give someone money hoping that they use it right. I wouldn't.

And whenever trying to get sponsors, you need to make sure to show them what you're going to do for them and how their sponsorship dollars will be going to good use. They're not going to sponsor someone if they're not going to get anything out of it.

On a beginning level you are also much better off getting local sponsors also. Your gonna have to have the truck up and performing before you will see any money invested from outside interest. If you could get the money first we would all have one.
