Default Clutch firewall Repair kit?

Does anyone know where i can get a firewall repair kit for my 97 stroker? When i push down on the clutch the whole clutch assembly moves on the fire wall so im thinking that is the problem not the actual clutch.

when you say clutch assembly, i'm assuming you mean the master cylinder? i don't think they make a repair kit so the best you could do is get a peice of 14 ga. steel and make up a backing plate on the engine side of the fire wall. does your brake master cylinder move when you push on the brake pedal?

or go to a junk yard and cut the fire wall out of the same truck and theres a perfect patch panel, it will probably run you ten bucks, and be a better fit then an after market patch panel

i am sure it could be made to fit, says only to 91 but the cabs are the same, just some stuff under the dash is different and firewall plugs are different.

i read that the trucks had a problem, and ford made a stiffening plate to fix it, but ford had taken care of the problem and reinforced the firewall by 92,so the repair was no longer needed.. all it was is a second steel plate that bolted on to strengthen the wall.. i heard it on line, cant swear ether way..
