Default 94 PowerStroke wont start

Hello all you smart ford guys i really need some help here. I just got this first gen powerstroke and it wont start, it will run on ether, i have checked for fuel at the heads and also oil from the HPOP and have both but haven't put guages on them to check pressures. truck sat for a year and did run before sitting, i have filled the HPOP resevoir and cranked on it for quite some time, please give me some ideas to check out before i take this old beast to the shop. my 92 IDI is so much easier to work on.

Did you check all the fuses (in cab and engine compartment) and relays?

hey guys i found a Tech that will come out to my place tomorrow to scan my truck do any of you have any questions i should ask this guy?..was told that possible problem was o-ring on injector leaking and not allowing pressure to build on HPOP side. what say the smarts...

Once scanned, if there are any codes https://www.dieselbombers.com/ford-p...ble-codes.html it'll help on the next direction, that's if the tech doesn't know when he sees them and get you going.

ok i got the scan and was told oil pressure was bleeding off to fast, so i pulled the valve cover on the pass side and turned engine over and did not get any oil coming out of the injector tube, actually didnt get any off the push tubes eather which i find weird, anyhow im thinking i've got an O-ring job on my hands, i changed the oil and i looked thinned with diesel but fuel filter was clean not green or black, is there any thing else i should be looking for here

the oil pressure numbers as i remember them were 2497psi and 2503psi and would hold pressure for about 3 seconds after cranking then went to 0.. i watched this 3 times myself. is that psi up to snuf with a correct working hpop?
